These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CallingCrew website, conversational systems, booking tools, and related services operated by CallingCrew Limited (“CallingCrew”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

CallingCrew provides conversational AI systems, enquiry handling workflows, operational automation, booking integrations, qualification systems, and related deployment services for businesses.

Services may include:

  • website conversation systems

  • AI-assisted voice systems

  • lead qualification workflows

  • booking and scheduling integrations

  • operational automation

  • supplier/dealer onboarding infrastructure

  • consultation and deployment support

Some services may involve third-party providers, integrations, or external platforms.


3. Conversational Systems & AI Usage

CallingCrew uses AI-assisted systems across website and phone communication channels.

Interactions may be:

  • recorded

  • transcribed

  • analysed

  • summarised

  • routed through automated workflows

Automated systems may occasionally generate incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected responses.

Users should independently verify important information before relying on automated outputs.

CallingCrew does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation of conversational systems.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • misuse conversational systems

  • attempt unauthorised access

  • interfere with operational infrastructure

  • upload malicious or unlawful content

  • use the services for spam, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity

  • violate applicable telecommunications, marketing, or privacy laws

You are responsible for ensuring your own compliance with any laws applicable to your business operations, including outbound communication and telemarketing regulations.


5. Bookings & Consultations

Consultations, walkthroughs, onboarding calls, or operational reviews may be scheduled through third-party booking platforms.

CallingCrew reserves the right to:

  • decline bookings

  • reschedule consultations

  • refuse deployment requests

  • limit access to services where operational fit is unsuitable


6. Payments & Billing

Certain services may require payment before deployment, activation, onboarding, or continued use.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • invoices are payable according to stated terms

  • recurring services renew automatically until cancelled

  • pricing may change with reasonable notice

  • failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services


7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are assessed case-by-case depending on:

  • deployment status

  • onboarding completion

  • operational work already performed

  • integrations configured

  • support already provided

Because many services involve custom configuration and deployment work, refunds may not be available once implementation or onboarding has begun.

Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

8. Third-Party Services

CallingCrew may rely on third-party providers including:

  • telephony providers

  • AI providers

  • CRM systems

  • hosting platforms

  • automation tools

  • booking platforms

  • analytics services

We are not responsible for outages, failures, policy changes, or limitations introduced by third-party providers.


9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • CallingCrew retains ownership of its systems, workflows, operational methods, branding, and deployment materials

  • clients retain ownership of their own business data and content

  • users may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit CallingCrew systems without permission


10. Acceptable Use

You must not use CallingCrew services to:

  • generate unlawful content

  • conduct fraudulent activity

  • perform spam or unsolicited mass outreach

  • violate telemarketing laws

  • distribute malware or harmful code

  • impersonate others

  • exploit or abuse conversational systems

CallingCrew reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse is identified.


11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable operational availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance

  • provider outages

  • infrastructure failures

  • software updates

  • external platform dependencies

CallingCrew is not liable for temporary interruptions or technical failures outside our reasonable control.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallingCrew shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses

  • lost profits or business interruption

  • reliance on automated outputs

  • third-party provider failures

  • deployment delays

  • data loss outside our reasonable control

Total liability relating to any service shall not exceed the amount paid to CallingCrew for the affected service during the preceding 3 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


14. Termination

CallingCrew may suspend or terminate access to services at any time where:

  • these Terms are violated

  • unlawful activity is suspected

  • operational abuse occurs

  • payment obligations are not met

  • continued service creates operational or legal risk

Users may discontinue use of services at any time.


15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
