Now inviting UK wastewater manufacturers to join the first CALLINGCREW pilot network.

About CallingCrew

From conversations to structured, defensible outcomes

CallingCrew was built around a practical problem: valuable enquiries often arrive incomplete and unstructured. Customers repeat themselves. Installers start with missing information. Suppliers struggle to create consistency across their networks.

Founder Paul Keenan built CallingCrew to create structure from the first customer interaction onwards - qualification, project information, provisional estimating and installer routing working as one connected process.

Why CallingCrew

Better information at the point where decisions begin

CallingCrew began with conversations, but handling calls was never the end goal. The aim is to turn incoming demand into structured information that customers, installers and suppliers can actually use.

01

Capture

Collect enquiries from website and phone channels before opportunities disappear into fragmented follow-up.

02

Qualify

Gather the information needed to understand the customer, project and likely next step before installer time is committed.

03

Estimate

Apply structured supplier rules to produce a useful provisional estimate and a clearer starting point for review.

04

Route

Pass the structured opportunity to the appropriate installer while giving suppliers visibility across the network.

CallingCrew is not a generic chatbot or DIY AI tool.

It is done-for-you operational infrastructure for capturing enquiries, qualifying opportunities and creating more consistent commercial outcomes. Voice AI is one optional input channel, not the definition of the platform.

Experience

Built from operational experience

Paul’s career spans software leadership, operational systems and digital implementation. He led the migration of Royal Navy fleet operations from paper to digital, managed systems for manufacturing, and headed support at Icon Software.

Named EMAP UK Network Professional of the Year in 1996, Paul has worked independently since 1999, designing systems with a consistent focus on structure, clarity and real-world deployment.

What we believe

Each part of the network needs something different

Customers

Want faster answers, less repetition and confidence that their enquiry is moving somewhere useful.

Installers

Want better-qualified opportunities, useful project information and less time wasted starting every enquiry from scratch.

Suppliers

Want consistent qualification, estimating and routing across the installer network without removing installer judgement.

More than calls

One connected process

The name CallingCrew comes from the first interaction. Today the platform goes further. The value is in connecting the stages rather than treating each one as a separate tool.

Conversational qualification Turn enquiries into structured project information.
Provisional estimation Apply supplier-defined rules consistently before final installer review.
Installer routing Move qualified opportunities to the appropriate installer.
Network visibility Give suppliers a clearer view of enquiry and installer activity.
What we are building

Starting with wastewater. Built for repeatability.

CallingCrew is currently being developed around the real qualification, estimating and routing requirements of wastewater treatment suppliers and installers.

The objective is straightforward: replace fragmented handovers, inconsistent inputs and repeated manual work with a structured process that remains practical for the people actually using it.

Structured where it matters. Flexible where judgement matters.
