Standard Test (Complete First)
Test as if you are calling CallingCrew for the first time.
Allow James to guide the conversation naturally.
Check that James:
Greets you professionally.
Identifies why you are calling.
Understands whether you are a customer, dealer, supplier or general enquirer.
Answers general questions clearly.
Directs you to the most appropriate resource, page or next step.
Explains QUOTECREW and CallingCrew in plain English.
Remains conversational throughout.
Variation Tests
After completing the standard test, try one or more of the following:
Friendly installer.
Busy installer.
Sceptical installer.
Supplier enquiry.
Customer enquiry.
General business enquiry.
Request a demonstration.
Ask what QUOTECREW does.
Ask about Voice AI.
Ask about the free pilot programme.
Ask where to find documentation.
Ask for the Dealer Overview video.
Ask for the Supplier Information Centre.
Change the subject mid-conversation.
Answer several questions at once.
Interrupt James while he is speaking.
Ask a question he doesn’t know.
Record anything that sounds unnatural, repetitive or confusing. Check that James either answers confidently or directs you to the appropriate resource rather than guessing.
After testing, send notes to Paul:

– Would a real installer stay on the call?
