CallingCrew was born from a simple truth: in industries where every call and every quote can make or break trust, conversations were being captured but never structured. Dealers guessed. Customers hesitated. Suppliers struggled to enforce standards.
Founder Paul Keenan saw this gap and built CallingCrew to change it - not as another demo tool, but as a real operational layer where credibility matters.
Why CallingCrew was built
We exist to improve what happens at the very start of the customer journey. It began with conversations, but the real goal was never just to handle calls. It was to capture enquiries, qualify opportunities, and move toward consistent, trustworthy outcomes.

Background & Experience
Paul’s career spans software leadership, operational systems, and digital implementation. He led the migration of Royal Navy fleet operations from paper to digital, managed systems for manufacturing, and headed support at Icon Software.
Named EMAP UK Network Professional of the Year in 1996, Paul has worked independently since 1999 - designing systems across sectors with a consistent focus on structure, clarity, and real‑world deployment.
