Standard Test (Complete First)

Test as if you are a UK wastewater installer returning a call after requesting a provisional quote through the website.

Complete the conversation naturally and allow Emma to guide the discussion.

Check that she:

  • Explains why you received the enquiry.

  • Asks permission before beginning.

  • Has a natural conversation.

  • Listens to your answers.

  • Explains QUOTECREW clearly.

  • Offers to send the Dealer Overview video.

  • Collects and confirms your email address.

  • Sends the email successfully.

  • Finishes the conversation professionally.


Variation Tests

After completing the standard test, try one or more of the following:

  • Answer several questions at once.

  • Interrupt Emma while she is speaking.

  • Change the subject.

  • Say you are busy.

  • Say you don’t know some of the technical answers.

  • Ask how accurate the estimate is.

  • Ask how treatment systems are selected.

  • Ask whether QUOTECREW replaces installers.

  • Ask what happens after receiving the estimate.

  • Ask about the free pilot programme.

  • Decline the Dealer Overview video.

  • Decline to answer further questions halfway through the conversation.

Record anything that sounds unnatural, repetitive or confusing.

After testing, send notes to Paul:
– What worked?
– What felt unnatural?
– Did the email arrive?
– Did the link work?
– Would a real installer stay on the call?
