• Typical system configurations - the common combinations you recommend, and when you choose each.
• Key inputs - the minimum technical details needed to produce a reliable preliminary estimate.
• Pricing structure - how you price each core configuration (ranges are fine for the pilot).
• Exceptions and constraints - anything that changes pricing or requires manual review.
